Shipping

Our goal is to ship items the same or next day following your purchase.

Some times, we may require more time to palletize, crate or package certain items.

We will e-mail you a tracking number as soon as your product is being shipped.

We are proud to partner with the following companies to get products to you in a safe and efficient manner:  

• US Postal Service - for small and light packages

• Fedex Ground - for packages up to 150 lbs   

• Freightquote.com - for truck freight over 150 lbs

• Bax Global - for truck freight over 150 lbs

• MTS Freight- for truck freight over 150 lbs

We consider handling and shipping to be a value-added service for our clients and NOT a profit center. 

To cover our labor and materials costs, we charge COST for:

• packaging,

• palletizing,

• crating,

• interfacing with transportation companies,

• preparing shipping documents

• loading equipment out of the warehouse.

For international shipments, we charge COST for export documentation.

We work with the lowest cost shipper.
